Everything you need to run your event

A practical guide to creating events, selling tiered tickets, collecting payments through any channel, and scanning guests in at the door.

Getting started

Sign in with your email, then open your dashboard from the home page. Click New event to create your first event. You'll choose a name, a public URL slug (e.g. /e/your-event), date, location, and a cover image.

Every event has its own editor with tabs for Details, Ticket tiers, Vouchers, Issue tickets, Door staff, and Stats.

Ticket tiers

In the Ticket tiers tab, add one or more tiers (e.g. Early bird, Regular, VIP). For each tier set a price, currency, and optional capacity. Sold-out tiers are hidden from the public page automatically.

Tiers can be reordered and disabled at any time without deleting past sales.

Vouchers & discounts

Create discount codes in the Vouchers tab. Choose a percentage or fixed amount, set a usage limit, and optionally restrict it to specific tiers. Buyers enter the code on the checkout page and see the discount applied live before paying.

Payments

Connect Stripe in Account & payouts to accept card payments. Funds settle directly into your Stripe account on Stripe's normal payout schedule.

For local payment methods like Tikkie (Netherlands), Venmo, PayPal, or bank transfer, use Issue tickets to send a ticket QR code by email once you've confirmed payment outside the platform.

Issuing tickets manually

Open the Issue tickets tab, pick a tier, enter the guest's name and email, and click Send. They receive an email with a unique QR code. This is the right flow for comps, guest list, and offline payments.

Scanning at the door

Open Scan tickets from the user menu on your phone. Pick the event, allow camera access, and point at each guest's QR code. Valid tickets show green and are marked as checked in; already used or invalid tickets show red.

Invite door staff in the Door staff tab — they get scanner access without seeing sales or settings.

Door staff & roles

Add team members by email in the Door staff tab. They'll be able to sign in and use the scanner for that event only. Remove access at any time.

Stats & reporting

The Stats tab shows tickets sold per tier, revenue, voucher redemptions, and check-in progress in real time during your event.

Security & privacy

Each ticket has a signed unique code that can only be scanned by authorized staff for the corresponding event. Buyer data is only visible to the event organizer and is never shared between events.
